How to Request Data Deletion
To request deletion of your data, simply email us at [email protected].
When we receive your deletion request, we will:
– Remove your Instagram authentication tokens
– Delete your gallery configuration settings
– Remove all cached Instagram media data
– Delete your merchant integration details
– Confirm the deletion via email
We will process deletion requests within 7 business days. After deletion, your gallery will stop displaying on your website, and all connections to your Instagram account will be removed.
Note: You can also revoke access through your Instagram settings at any time, which will immediately stop the gallery from accessing new photos. However, please still email us to ensure complete deletion of your account data.
Data Security
We implement appropriate security measures to protect your Instagram access tokens and account information. We do not store Instagram photos; we fetch them directly from Instagram’s APIs when displaying your gallery.

We may update this privacy policy as our service evolves or as required by Meta Platform Terms and Policies. We will notify you of any changes by email and through our website.
